  • Certain items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or safety regulations, such as rechargeable batteries, handheld fans, or coolers that have been opened and used.

How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Request a Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please make sure to include this number on your return package for proper tracking.
  3. Prepare the Package: Securely package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is well-protected for transit. Please include all accessories, manuals, and parts that came with the product.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Return the item to us using the shipping carrier of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or you received an incorrect product, Glowpeers.com will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds: Your refund will include the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error or defective products).
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or size, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used rechargeable batteries, handheld fans, or coolers.
  • Any personalized or custom-made items.
  • Any items marked as final sale or clearance items.

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide us with a detailed description of the issue, along with any relevant photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@glowpeers.com. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process once you receive the item.
